NWT Mining Week 2022 is Sunday, August 21 to Saturday, August 27. The week features various on-line activities, including videos and social media posts highlighting several aspects of the mineral resources industry. There’s also a youth activity booklet with a contest for prizes and a social media contest too! On-line videos feature a Rock Walk with Landen Powell, Meet a Prospector with Walt Humphries, and some videos that showcase the importance of mining in the NWT.
